as discipinary measure

why is this kinda thing like illegal

?

lawyers are nonproductive

I think to keep discipiline is simple

reduce calories for those who act up

Limit the amount of interaction prisoners have with each other.  Segregate all prisons to decrease violence.  Cameras in all the cells.

another fun thing would be maybe have to run a mile in certain time or the food taken away

to keep in in shape but no weights

I disagree. I think we give them the shittiest food we can get away with. High fat and sugar, no weights or activities. I'd like to see them get access to free tobacco and receive only basic medical care. Anything above that should have to be paid for by relatives if they want to. The goal is to get them to die early since housing cost tax payers an average of $40k per year per inmate.

When proven guilty of murder, rape, child molestation or have more than 5 felonies we should execute immediately.

I think I would have 0 discipline problems as a warden as soon as the inmates discovered how it feel to not eat for a week or 2...  ;D

if they develop heart disease and all that junk - WE have to pay for their health care..
