january sucks 
I know the feeling bro,trust me.
I haven`t trained in about a week and a half(gym`s closed),been eating all kinds of crap,and just loafing around the house.
It`s cOK,`cause I was overtrained and burnt out.
The good thing about January IMO,is that it signifies a new beginning and gives you impetus to get all of your ducks in a row.
Come Monday,I`m back in the gym with a vengance....my enthusiasm has returned again since this layoff which is just what I needed......my desire to train was null and void for a few weeks,I just went through the motions.
Get busy bud,it`s 2014.....the year of bigmc!
