so what options are left?

to be dumbass and jjust start steorids and have no idea what to do,dosgae, diet , nothing?no thats not smart.

to ask a pro and then do less of what he does, bc you dont want be that big,just similiar>haha no they not hinest very often.

find a guy who looks like you want and ask them?you will have to figue out if hes hnest, but this way is kinda smart.

waste many hours of time on youtube and forums and find nothing but conflicting info and still never get atarted?bad idea.

get the gal-none book and have it outlined there with no bs and no lies?smart ;D
