The pics that you saw are from when I was 21. Always have trained heavy so between that and maturing and using minimal cycles throughout the years, It's expected that I would be thicker. The last show (2007) I came in at 193 and could have dropped another 5-7lbs.

I'm calling B.S. on the abs. No way. And the claim is useless without pics. And what do you care how you look today? Even if you look like total shit it will only make your transformation more impressive.
BTW, you don't look anywhere near a man in his fifties. Even if you dye your hair you still have hair.
Props for that.  

Of course I am not making the distinction between "with abs" with "with visible abs". Even Basile has abs.

If you are going to use PEDS and you're goal is to win then just pull out all the stops already. You don't have many more chances after this. 700-1000mg of tren per week to start. Then the gram of EQ,  test prop, drol, Mast 8 weeks out And you have the dough, 5 ius of pharm gh will do you wonders. If not, a vial of hyges will also work. Just pull it out 3 weeks before. But again that depends on your goals. If you are just going to compete for the sake of competing and getting up there and having fun then that's fine. But if you are you doing it to win then it's not a time to put up self limitations just to soothe your conscious. You know how this game works. Again, this is probably a once in a life time thing. Make the most of it.

Nobody cares when you say, "I didn't use that much." They only care about the end result. If you're going to use then USE. Don't be half ass in a useless attempt at self validation. Do you train your athletes to have fun and just being there makes you a winner or do you train your athletes to win?
You can win Coach. You had a better structure and put together than everybody else on that stage the last time. The difference was the winner was there to win and did what it took to win. Are you?
