BUT, I have to admit, those foods were chosen by me.  My wife doesn't even exercise, and manages to stay thin.

id never heard of have of that shit before i met my wife

my old diet was lots of chicken on a plate

now there always seems to be some weird green shit on there that she states is a super food

I have genetically high cholesterol, so I've always looked at the trendy shit.....

The cool thing is, I buy my stuff at Costco, and they've recently added popular health stuff - so I can buy Chia, EV Coconut oil, Himalayan pink salt, etc at a cheaper price than even online provides.

Today wasn't good.  I have felt sick since yesterday.  Got up, went to work and threw up twice.  Didn't eat much all day and then caved tonight and ate M&M's..the peanut ones.   :-[

usual day

cup eggbeaters,sliced turkey and sometimes added low fat shredded mozz on 2 slice whole grain bread or egg beater/oats/cofee

greek yogurt/scoop protein /banana

chicken/b rice or turkey whole grain bread or tuna on whole grain//fruit/maybe granola bars 2/water

might have oats late afternoon or fruit

dinner protein/vege/carb some sorts

train

after train scoop protein in some type of quick sugar carb cereal  chocolate chex rocks..,or mix low fat ice cream with protein/maybe fruit as well if hungry

Done a heck of a lot of running the last couple of weeks and my weight is stayed a steady 195lbs. Must be all the chocolate and beers!
