you got very little muscle mass you need to atleast be able to bench own bodyweight 10 times full rom clean slow reps.at least, bc on diet you wont be so strong.and bit weight is neede to keep the muscle from fading away.
i always say weight used dont mater, well that is relative, when you have a strenght foundation built,you ust play around anmore in the gym, you dont risk injury etc nomore.
so yeah, you got 1 or 2 years of muscle gaining ohase before you, if you dont do this, there will be a skelleton and fuck all left off you when the diet is done.ppl will confuse you with dj181.
dont become a fatso.gain the weight slowly with as clean as possible foods.
you need some muscle mass ans strenght before anything else.
and dont forget the gyno doc, this is brutal gyno,this is not bit puffy nipples, this nipples put teenage girls to shame.
