Which direction should I go?

Cut to look like I'm dying from aids and then build up, or bulk a bit and train for pure brute strength

Cut further.  You still have a lot of fat to lose.

How much have you lost so far?  Looks to be a decent amount based on skin and current fat displacement.

Yeah thats what I figured.  Great Job!

Now you should get as lean as possible and remain there for as long as possible to tighten up as much as you can.  See if you can`t cause some of those fat cells to reach Apoptosis.  The leaner you are and the longer you remain so, the better the permanent outcome.

Protein from clean sources-150 gms. per day

Clean carb sources (starchy complex ones)- 200

Good fats-25 gms.

Fibrous veggies-as much as you like

Fruits-1-2 EOD

Tons of water

Train-5 X a week,moderate weight,short rest periods,no cardio...............rep eat for 5 years straight.

first things first

visit a bitch tits doctor-surgeon

second, do not cut, theres nothing to cut.
i dont mean theres no fat,there is, i mean theres no muscle.

eat something like wes said above, maybe little bit more, can have slightly bigger meals or one more each day,so you gain weight slowly.

you got very little muscle mass you need to atleast be able to bench own bodyweight 10 times full rom clean slow reps.at least, bc on diet you wont be so strong.and bit weight is neede to keep the muscle from fading away.

i always say weight used dont mater, well that is relative, when you have a strenght foundation built,you ust play around anmore in the gym, you dont risk injury etc nomore.

so yeah, you got 1 or 2 years of muscle gaining ohase before you, if you dont do this, there will be a skelleton and fuck all left off you when the diet is done.ppl will confuse you with dj181.
dont become a fatso.gain the weight slowly with as clean as possible foods.

you need some muscle mass ans strenght before anything else.

and dont forget the gyno doc, this is brutal gyno,this is not bit puffy nipples, this nipples put teenage girls to shame.

hes on bit gear, its a waste to cut at this point.

if he was natural, yeah, should be cutting further.

depends what route he wants to go.

but some additional muscle wil help a big deal later on burning the fat.

Oh, I had no idea about the roids.

Wouldn`t it be beneficial for him to up the dosage, gain muscle and burn the fat with the added muscle?

yeah kinda.would be enough to up the calories first,then the dose later on.

by the time hes made his gains, much of the fat will be gone, and dieting would come easier.those steroid made muscle realy burn alot of energy as long theyre active in any way.

now lets see what he intended to do.

i'm on 150mg every 10 days TRT, but have found a source so I can do whatever I want and then drop it down for when I get my levels checked at appointments.

my goal is to look big and mean. a bit of fat I don't really mind. seeing some ab outlines if that's possible would be dope.

up that to 250 all 7 days or so.

and then follow the above said.

make sure to foow the plenty protein rule every day and you will be a new person in 1 year time.

make sure to not cheat much on the training.work the muscle.

1 year later youll be 20lbs heavier and leaner than now.

this is the best time in the "evolution" of bbuilder, enjoy the ride.

a bad meal here and there?doesnt matter,hell will even help with growth.

just dont force-feed-stuff yourself.

just dont become one of the many failures bc they dont eat properly.

getting fat means you are eating too much in relation to the amount of steroids, HGH, insulin, peptides you are taking


you should not be getting fat but real big if you take enough drugs and foods

if getting fat you're fucking up bigtime

nono, do not fall into the bulking pattern.

do cardio, be active in general, just try to get plenty quality foods , you know, slight overeating,not stuffing.

i repeat,do not fall into permabluker patterns,lol.

always wait to be hungry before eating,lol.

eat according to how much the steroids need to work.no more,no less.

ppl,relax hes on 150mg all 10days,thats basicaly natural.on the lower end of antural by todays standards and lenient definitions :D

First, props on your progress. Huge props. Second, at 5'10 and 180...stop cutting. Grow some muscle. You keep cutting any more than that with your muscle mass people are going to start thinking you are ill. Seriously. I'm 5'10 also, and been every where from 150 to 180 pounds as a natural so I have a good idea when I should or shouldn't cut.

Basically, stop cutting. Weights before cardio and still give yourself a huge pat on the back all that progress you made.

Realistically speaking, you have at least a bulking and a cutting cycle to go through before you do not look like you've never lifted in your life (but congrats, you look like you're just a regular, good weight guy).

It can be very hard to diet when you are not working with much.  My last diet, which ended a month or two ago, I started from something around 4 plate bench / 6 plate dead and I don't look "bad", but nothing in clothes.

As I am natural, the best I can really hope for is surprise when the shirt comes off and surprise when the twink walks in and presses 365 (which is about my current 1 rep, after losing a lot of weight).
