This clip is burned into my mind forever....the old school 45's 'deep dish' plates and the sound they make rattling on the bar.....And of course Arnold saying 'Keep going' Gives me chills everytime I watch it to this day!

80 AND STILL PUSHING IT LIKE THAT ...I hope he recovers and his body is not ready yet...all that and he still trains hard wow,arnold has been up and down since his heart surgery ,ed seems to have had it worse and he still goes...
