It's not your body fat percentage,  it's not your weight,  it's not your biceps size, it's not the number of drunken whores that wanted to lick your abs in the club when you're on the forums exaggerating. It's your bench press. Because when a big bencher picks you up and puts you through the wall, all the 6% bodyfat measurements in the world aren't gonna save your anorexic ass.[b
