nautilus machines are the best

I enjoy the 3 Powerlifts, but do agree they can and will wreak havoc on shoulders, knees, backs.
I also like Nautilius, my only issue with that is doing them for 100% of your workouts.
Mainly because you'd spend 100% of your workouts sitting on your ass.

I'd love to get an old school Nautilus pullover for my garage gym!

a leg training session without squat, only leg pressing/hack squat and curling = light muscle sore the day after so it's a proof you didn't work enough.
now just add 3 set of 10 of properly done squat to the leg press/curl session and the day after you can barelly walk.


the deadlift is one of the best mass and power builder.

the snatch grip deadlift is an unbelievable stuff for hams glute, spinal lat and traps, it involve a lot of perfect technique so it's good for coordination.

the bench press? no bench press = no general mass on the chest.


now if you"re running 1gr of tren just few set of pulldown and leg curl will build a decent mass.

i say they not needed and best avoided altogether if you want a good physique.

lets face it,its exercises for the fatties where they use straps kneebends and half rom to feel better about themselves(atleast im strong bro,whats your lift?)

can add benchpress to that, esp the powerlift type with more accesssoires-lifting gear than hollywood celebs wear for oscar nomination night,and bent their backs to an u and uses shortest rom possible to make it legal.

and snatchtes oh brother, its basicaly an upright row,then swing the weight and get under it followed by half rep shoulder pres.
why not be less a retard and do a set of upright row and keep the tension on muscle,followed by a proper set of shoulder press.

therefor a natural should just run a few laps, do a few push ups pull ups once a week and call it a day

Exactamondo, or just take up MMA or some skilled based sport or cardio/endurance type activity

No not true, only happens to exceptional fighters who actually get in cage and fight hardcore.

I mean in the gym you gonna be doing some light sparing maybe, you gonna wear head gear, shin guards, groin guards etc and you not exactly trying to kill each other.

I am talking more about regular guys training aspects that say true professional fighter.

wear and tear happens no matter how "strict" your training.
good point, maybe always doing perfect form and rom and slow reps is even worse as far wear goes.

Haven't actually seen anybody claim that the exercises listed are the greatest exercises of them all. All I've seen is people take issue with the claim that they are "useless" and "retard" exercises. this is bullshit and leakygyno is not the man to pronounce them all redundant. there are dudes that have taken a lot less drugs than him and are a lot bigger and are a shitload stronger than him from doing those exercises.

on the natural issue. if you are doing it the hard and truly virtuous way and relying on your body's own hormones to build you muscle -- instead of shooting up like a junkie x50 the hormones your own body could ever manufacture normally -- then you absolutely need to do the exercises that are proven to raise your hormone levels the most.

as I said, gym junky drug addicts can grow from pressing the button on the water fountain. hahaha  ;D ;D ;D

yah, can hope to put on a damage reduced layer of fat anrant equal muscle size more or bloof over the little real muscle tht will be there and get away with looking like "10years construction work,bro"in clothes.

not saying naturals dont build nothing, just saying me personaly would only lift for cardio reasons, playing basketball or something will grant about equal size.
