not saying naturals dont build nothing, just saying me personaly would only lift for cardio reasons, playing basketball or something will grant about equal size.

theres tons of 250mg weely guys who follow somewhat good diet and look great year round.

The training advice here is revolutionary...do bullshit exercise and drugs...get ripped...work out as natural..waste time and kill yourself.
