30 isn't a really glamorous number tho.. is it.

Let me tell you a story, ~~John~~ BBB. There was a sculptor, and he found this stone: a special stone. He dragged it home and he worked on it for months, until he finally finished. When he was ready, he showed it to his friends and they said he had created a great statue, and the sculptor said he hadn't created anything. The statue was always there. He just cleared away the small pieces.

My 30s where great years my 3girls where all born in my 30s. Pushing through my 40s now and realize that age and experience is a good thing. Especially when you can look back on your past in retrospect and laugh at yourself. Hang in there it a fun ride not to be taken so seriously. We only do this one time live for every day. I have cool coffee mug from my wife. It says......dance as though no one is there. Sing as though no one can hear you. Love as though you have never been hurt and live as though heaven is on earth.

Im 35 this summer, our third kid is due late summer. I would say in your thirties if you dont settle down and have kids you are basically a misfit, which is not bad but that is the way it goes. I have a friend who lives in Amsterdam, smashes 30 or so chicks a month, lives by himself, pushing 40.

35+ was shit though

I have only one advice, keep eating healthy and working out regularly even when 35+

Train as much as you did when you were in your 20s now that you are 30.

that's the plan. gonna get flamed but lifting has morphed into more cardio and bw style exercises over the years as i tried to keep the 'big' picture in mind.

30-35 were the best years so far.

now 35 what happened,well the body isnt the same as when 20 anymore, small pains here and there etc.

You notice your body has changed, testosterone has changed, metabolism has changed, brutally so if not training / eating properly.

Kneeinjuries, aching shoulder etc etc

Back when i was 20-30 i could eat pizzas, burgers etc and still have ripped abs

I'm 36 and can say I love my 30's. Best age group so far. Shit starts getting real.. for example making sure your career is on track or go back to school, buy a house, wife and kids, investment portfolio w...all things you never really thought about that much before.

I became 29+ a month ago. Sucks ass. Best years are most likely over but at least you are not dead yet.

If you start a family and get in debt et cetera.. That's when you are truly finished though.
