Good advice, but be careful when taking the arms higher than parallel....that REALLY puts the shoulder joint in a precarious position.  Better to limit yourself to a little bit above parallel, and live to lift another day

My excuse is energy. I seriously think I fucked up my test production by taking pro hormones in my late teens/early twenties.

I come home after a 10 hour day, and I have no desire to work out.

Fucking sucks.

driving home from work after a longest day is a constant struggle to not fall asleep and have a fatal accident

that's how tired i get


but when i make it home

i log on to getbig RIGHT AWAY and swallow some caffeine tablets, watch RC videos and hit the gym


no point in waking up every morning if you cant bodybuild

close to a yr

i cme off once 6 weeks tho before getting scared to lose all the gain


and also 4 weeks went real low dose too recently

other than that constantly on 300-500

Yeah probably, we shall see, lifetime natty, is this ok base to start juicing from or too fat? 82 kilos right now.

I was thinking about going running everyday for like an hour and get  down to like 75 kilos before juicing but problem is will end looking like runner as usual and lose what little muscle I got, but then again was thinking it would be irrelevant once I go on the test and should blow up quickly right?
