I'd rather live in a system where the government is strictly limited to enforcing private property rights and individual rights of the people. One where private individuals have the freedom to make their own arrangements and to do as they please with their money. Where people have the ability to succeed or fail.

I don't want to live under a system of shared mediocrity, where everyone lives in a 500sqft "flat", are limited to crude and simple modes of transpiration, and are taken care of by the State.

I like it for you guys though, I really do. I'm saddened to know that your way of life might be destroyed by Muslims and Africans as a result of your ultra left wing politics.

We're a mix of everything, partly because of the fact that we have 12 political parties. Try not to think too much in terms of black/white, the reality is different and more complicated in many cases. Don't just rely on the mainstream media

Personally I can't stand people who HATE on cyclists.  And the dude in the clip didn't get hiss arse beat, it isn't hard to punch a man off a bicycle, typical cowards act, and nor was he playing the tough guy, he was simply standing up for his rights.

I never understood the hate towards cyclists.  I grew up cycling, I still do it and I drive also.  Yet you always get some idiot abusing you for riding your bike, normally some fat arse who has never exercised in his life.  There is a lot of fucking idiots on the road. I remember when I would drive trucks and there was always some idiot who will pull in front of you as you were slowing for a red light and if you had a full load on you would barely stop in time without hitting them.  Unless people participate in something themselves they rarely have any idea the experience the other person has.

My takeaway is that it looked like a fucking awesome place to bike. Beautiful, well maintained European roads. Clear signage. Nice architecture. An occasional pub here and there. It's all upsides.

Should have known you would side with the psychotic car driver.  It was the car driver who broke the law and endangered the cyclists and then assaulted the bike rider when called out on it. The cyclist had every right to call the driver out on his dangerous behaviour.
