I don't think that's true, neither I nor the person I allegedly threw it at can remember that happening, but I have thrown a punch and split a lip in the gym.

Ok this didn't really happen in the gym but its related. I went to my first football game with my friend and he had season tickets. I don't really know much about football.. let me rephrase I know close to nothing about. There we where sitting and waiting for the game to start. When all of a sudden some old whack job comes over and tells me I'm in his seat

There was planty of room for him so I told him to use it. He pushed me and I pushed him back. Finally my friend broke it, and he sits and i guess his wife sits beside him. My friend told me that he saw the wackjob do that to someone else during a game. He though it was pretty funny i actually pushed back haha The funny part is that during the second half of the game, the wako came back with his son instead. And my friend tells me that his son plays for the football team we where watching. The son is actually pretty cool so nothing really hapened. But it was funny how intimidated the tough guy father got hahahah

one time when i was doing some db curls this *sshole come right up netx to me and tried using a heavier weight and almost dropped it on my goddamn foot. i racked my bells and told him what the *uck was his problem he tried to buck but i'm quick to fight luckily he backed down would have tore that boy a new one.

After getting out of Martin Luther King High School for the day, a group of 6 or 7 Puerto Ricans kids (not really kids, they were probably 18 or 19) decided to do a bit of "Wilding." As they made their way uptown, they would smack unsuspecting people in the head and bump into them on purpose. One of the "yutes" even had a can of shaving cream and was spraying people.

The kids were having a great time until they had the misfortune of running into a group of Brazilian guys from my "gym" who happened to be coming out of a Sushi Bar. This wasn't just any group of Brazilian guys. This was Renzo Gracie, Ryan Gracie, Rolles Gracie Jr., Igor Gracie, and a few other Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belts.

Words were exchanged and soon punches were thrown. The Puerto Ricans quickly realized they were outclassed and started running away. Ryan caught one and proceeded to "mount" him and administer a "Bitch slapping" while making the guy apologize repeatedly.

The cops were called. Renzo got out of there because he was already in a bit of hot water for slapping around a gas station attendant who disrespected Renzo's wife.

When the cops arrived, a couple were NHB fans, and recognized Ryan. Autographs were given, and they were let go.

I actually i find football quite boring. Its too long and the guys are pathetic! I really much rather watch boxing or baskeball or any other form of fighting. Maybe I don't like watching it because its a pasetime for fat homosexual man(like youreself 240) to sit around and bitch like little girls about how there "boys" should have won.

I like that story Lizzy, was Craig there? Kind of reminded me of a bitch slap story. A good friend of mine Nuu Faaola who played pro football and is a local Hawaiian sports hero and I always played racquetball airas a team. Well one day after playing at the Honolulu Club we went downstairs to eat at TGIF. So we are sitting at the bar and a couple walks in. She was very pretty and tall and the guy she was with was kind of dorky but okay other than that. Well they sit next to us. We start talking between us and everything seemed cool.

Then the guy gets up to go to the restroom. Well Nuu goes and sits right next to her. I can hear him talking to her and I catch "what are you doing with this ugly dork." She starts to laugh and she tells Nuu they are getting married. Nuu starts to laugh really hard. Then the guy comes up and asks what is so funny. Nuu is very loud at times. He is about 6'1" and 255, very quick and fast. He was a runningback for the Cleveland Browns. Anyway, Nuu looks at him square in the face and says "you are fucking dork and don't deserve this beautiful girl."

The guy steps back and says "what'd you say". And Nuu says "you heard me" then bitch slaps this guy so hard that everyone in the place could easily hear it. It was the loudest open-hand slap I ever heard. Well I grab him quickly and tell them sorry he is drunk. Anyway, the guy grabs his cell phone and calls the cops. Nuu yells at him "go ahead and call the cops" the guy says " I know who you are." Well we are sitting there and the cops come in. They knew me and Nuu. So one of them talks to the guy and the other talks to us. The first thing that comes out of the cops mouth was "Nuu brotha man you going to play this year." Then he asks for his autograph. In short, both cops got Nuu's autograph and nothing happened.

I was good friends with Nuu but I didn't like the way he handled not being able to play pro football anymore. He had a temper (a samoan thing) but I felt bad for the people he intimdated. If you recall his girlfriend and one time fiancee was Carolyn Sapp (Miss America) who was another close friend. They did a Movie of the Week on Carolyn and portrayed Nuu in a very bad way. There were many times he came to my place to get away from her only to have her call me looking for him. He had to leave Hawaii after the movie because I knew he felt bad about everything.

That's good maybe he should be in prison. I also have a lady friend from Tonga and she says Samoan/Tongan/Fiji men are some of the worst. Some good prison time would have schooled him.

No, this happened about a year ago. Craig's been out of NYC for at least five years.

Which reminds of a story he told me.

He was in a supermarket and heard a ruckus a couple aisles down from where he was shopping. He went to the scene and found a guy acting crazy, throwing things and terrorizing people. Evidently the guy was hopped up on PCP or something. Craig told him to relax but the guy took a swing at him. Craig took the guy down and got him in an arm bar (juji-gatame). As this was going on, a crowd gathered and started cheering Craig on.

Craig said he had the guy's arm bent like a bow, but the guy was so high that he kept struggling until the cops came and took him away.

The other day there was some reasonably big guy in the gym and he was doing squats on the smith machine. When I walked past, I almost got knocked the fuck out then and there. I'm pretty sure it was him, cause it wasn't me or my training partner, but someone had definately been farting. Damn it stank!
