Yeah I really really want to lose about 3 inches on my legs, the problem is that the only thing that ever makes my legs get smaller is if I go and do tons of steady state running, but then when I do that I end up fucking losing muscle all over, first thing that goes is arms, then shoulders, then chest....fucking catch 22 problem.
I fucking hate being natural, I need a solution to convincing this girl it's ok for me to cycle but she's really clued up about juice and won't have any of it and I want to marry her and have kids so i'm fucked basically.
