i train chest, biceps, triceps, and, forearms all in 35-40 minutes maximum.. after chest i train biceps and triceps as if they are one part so most probably it's one exercise biceps then one triceps or vise versa till i finish 4 exercises each (2 sets per exercise).. the great thing about this is decreasing the time between sets because immediately after finishing a biceps exercise for example you triceps are relaxed and ready to be train without any need to wait 30-45 seconds as the case when doing 2 biceps or 2 triceps exercises after each other..
