   Also, I figure I'll write up what I eat as well.  Today for breakfast I drank 6 raw eggs, and then ate .2kg of raw beef.  For Lunch, I drank 6 raw eggs and ate .25kg raw beef, and for dinner I am going to drink 6-12 raw eggs.

Yeah, you should have no worries.  You can even eat raw as long as the bacteria is not present, not that I would do that, but its doable.

There was a guy in here, Lifetime Natural named Swedish Viking with a great physique that would eat all his beef, chicken and fish raw.  He didn`t cook anything.  Do a search.  He was/is an interesting fella with a hell of a physique.


At 122 degrees, searing is not even necessary to kill bacteria.  Its done for taste.

I don`t want to be civil.  I like to make personal attacks sometimes.  Its amusing to me and I do it frequently.  I have always done this.  I see no harm in doing so and if you are offended, all the better.

I don`t know what you want from me.  The stovetop method is inferior and is shit.  There is no benefit to a pre-sear.  No taste advantage.  You mumbled something about bacteria being killed.  Bacteria, even if it is present, (you can eat raw beef like the Swedish Viking) is killed at 122 degrees.  No pathogen exists that can do any human any harm once that temperature is reached, therefore your killing bacteria claim is pointless as there would be no bacteria present to be killed because it was already killed in the water bath.

PS.  If I want to call you a moron and attack you, I will.  I do not have to abide by any rules.  I don`t care if you hate me and I do not care if you disagree with my approach to "message board decorum" or lack thereof.  As Groink says, "I am not here to make friends."  (Although I have made many friends on here)
