i thought all the top russian bodybuilders and officials have been advicing him to cut down until shredded to pieces and only then will it be evident what needs to be done


he still doing the mass game like before but expecting different result?


did he get a good manager? they also recommended this high and low


seems like a slow learner to be honest


other than that....... LOOKS LIKE A BEAST FREAKISHLY STRONG

looked like knockoff Hammer Strength machines from china. lol.

the full range of motion stuff is nonsense. use enough ROM to stimulate growth. extend too far on pressing and the triceps take stress off pecs.

FLEX magazine ruined the potential of a lot of kids over the years after reading "you must use a full ROM with slow, controlled reps... blah blah blah"

until you see an actual pro (or other 'big guy') train in person, and you think "hey, he's doing it all wrong!".. then if you have an IQ more than your age you realize, "wait... I've been taught all wrong!"

studying the pros made me realize there is no right there is no wrong

QFT! Once you have been training for a while you should be able to figure out what works for you!!
