Funny you ask because I was on a keto diet there and depleted. I also had only been working out a few months.

And unlike you I was not on 200mgs of dbol daily. I still haven't even done my first cycle.

the binges,yes can get away with them when shredded already, doesnt mean theyre good or necesary.

Yeah I know that's why I'm scared to do it but I don't know how long more I can take this shit, my workouts becoming a joke now and going through motions.
Fuck worrying about weights or if your workouts are shitty. Go hardcore until you are 7-8% and get on gear. All strength you lost will come back and then some

Like I can go 50 kilos on dumbell incline bench press and now I can event do 30 properly, its not the weight its the NO energy.

So I am 80 kilo now, should I start at 75 kilo or 70 kilo?

I don't care about body fat percentage because I can't tell that but I can tell what my weight is on scale.

simons diet is high protein, 6 meals, low-moderate carbs,low fat.

weekend gives a bit of slack,but within sane calorie limits.

the last finishing touch is similiar to galeniko diet, last 2 weeks or so.


btw galeniko diet is not ketosis, the body will be in something like glucogenesis, keto diet means no carbs, moderate or high fats, medium to high proteins, i do not do that.

As an aside, I think your feast or famine mindset/approach to food is probably going to hurt you more than help you. It's cliche, and probably not helpful, but a healthy and balanced relationship with vittles would serve you better. I think you'd be best off dropping all the hardcore attitude and methods, and go along with more of one that TA espouses until you get a firm hand on the body composition tiller. Then you can over-complicate things to your heart's desire.

No Keto is a fantastic diet for fat loss results.

I mean I ain't saying its healthy, its very unhealthy actually and makes me insulin resistant but works brilliantly.

The big problem is losing muscle, but my theory is this shouldn't be a problem once I go on the test, which will be very very soon.

Just gonna get as skinny/anorexic as possible and then blowup on test.

I might even try and go down to 154lb but that will be fucking brutal.

to eat very little calories is not unhealthy, its healhty in many ways.

to do steroids along with that and hard lifting,and excessively draining the body, now that is different story.


chimps, i didnt read whole thread, who said feast and starvation?i mean even that "works", or can work, but i agree its not the best aproach at all

Your workouts are way, way too long. 90 minutes should be your max time in the gym on any given day. Work out smarter, not longer. It is no wonder your workouts feel like a joke.

i never said one cant have refeed if over 10%,i just said they shoudnt.

its not necesary, and when on gear, and too fat(when i say 12% is too fat,i always mean the estrogen shocks a 12% person will have on too many calories), its no good, there will be too much estrogen production, i cited a study on this in other thread.

"estrogen resistency" on gear only gets good when very lean.

thats why i say this.

i mean, ppl can have reffeds every day if they want, i dont care, or they can do adonis diet and live on arimidex, theres many ways.

hahah yeah I edited my post quoting your's. I KNOW your method is more effective, I just can't do it mentally. Although I impressed myself yesterday for my re-feed and only ate clean food for my re-feed (about 8 cups of cooked lentils total with my protein). If I was competing I'd be more stringent on those days.

Uncle dumb.......just replace all your protein shakes with gummy worms of the same caloric proportion.......you'll lose just as much weight. Your on what I like to call the starvation diet.

Go by the mirror. Any lines in your stomach or your arms cutting up? I saw a pic of your upper body once and you were decently lean. It was basically just a straight shot of your front with your arms at your side. If I'm correct you arent in that shape right now? When you get back down to that shape jump on some gear. Little run of test, 500mgs/wk, would do wonders for you.
