Guys - dead serious - if you don't want to do simply running or jogging or bullshit - toss 25-35 lbs in a pack and go a few miles with it - combined cardio and strength

Tough Mudder is in two weeks.  Running a ton.  Trails by me add about 2 min per mile for me.....lot of rocks.

I took your advice and have been wearing my 40 pound weighted vest during my conditioning drills. It makes a huge difference.

Yup Cool...there is a big park near the outskirts of my town. all different trails in the woods .rocks,branches,and even a log over water to climb over.
the whole park is two miles if you run the outskirts.

My trails have a 36 hole frisbee golf course.  I actually bought discs and played a few rounds.  Fun for a few  times.

Parts of trails I run are hard packed, I did a 14 mile training run on airline trail and legs felt like lead
