Messy trail = harder workout.  Go.


Bad tightness in the groin {outed} and lower back and don't want to push it yet.



...tweaked something at the driving range a couple of weeks ago and haven't stopped to see if it will heal....hope it's not some kind of hernia :-\
if it doesn't feel better I'll take a week off of training before the softball season starts and will see if that will do it.

Not only do I run in the rain, but it's so fuggin windy here as well. And the wind comes from the south up from the south pole and can cut you in half.

Drink a cup of concrete and harden up twink.

Sat was a 2-1/2 mile run with about a 1/4 mile walk....conked out at the end. it was all up hill through the woods :-\
Sunday walked the golf course.

May is gonna be tough I've got marine corp half on 17th in d.c
25k on a technical trail week after in Maine
And another half weekend after
All within 2 months of being cleared to run. Right now I'm slow as I basically have start all over again.

Hope you get some races in soon

Just steady the spring and first half of summer are about endurance and I'm only doing three fall Hal marathons. I've decided not to do the trail one as it may trigger my hamstring tear which is still recovering. My average half time was 2:15 last year and this year it's 3:00.

This winter I e got a running coach lined up so we can work on speed
