My cardio today was watching golf and eating a jar of chocolate almond butter.
I also bought a heart monitor for when I do cardio

Yup, stretch, foam roll, and all that good stuff.
I was hoping that now softball and my OCR's are done it would work itself out with rest but it hasn't.

15 minutes of walking and 5 on the spinning bike. Cardio is fvking boring but I need a little bit to prevent knee pain while putting on weight.
