Those colored plates are probably less than 45lbs! He did those reps rather easily certainly not the way you would push 440!

You really can't tell that by looking at plates, let alone those that are most likely in kg.....

The center red plates could easily be 100lbs each.

I hear you on the ease of reps, but wouldn't surprise me considering the drugs, ROM, and the fact that it's really all he does. Ever

Red plates are 25kg,so 3 of them each side plus the bar is 170kg,then the other plates take it up to 200kg.All his bench vids are impressive,he pauses at the bottom on the first rep.

It's hard to be sure what they are, but 440 lbs is around 200 Kilos. Often red plates are 25 kilos each so that is 150kilos, plus the 20 kilo bar 170 kilos, the plates after the red ones could be 10 kilo plates 190 and the smaller ones 5 kilo plates for a total of 200 kilos/440+ lbs. So it for sure could be legit.

Reds are #55/25 kg. The green/black plates are #22/10 Kg, the blues are 2.5 Kg. Offhand, I think the brand is M B Barbell of Russia. The big plates use the standard euro colour coding, the small plates don't. They also use the old russkie pin in channel safety collars.

Yep, he's good...but, he ain't that good. The only thing close to being Mr. O is in being backstage and smelling the current Mr. O's protein farts....
He has a hard time coming in conditioning, and is stuck in playing the size game. And I believe his back is not as good as his front.
