I liked Ronnie's look that year. Even though he was a tick smoothish at the Olympia, he still stomped a mudhole in a so-so Levrone, who wasn't even as thick in the upper body as he was 9 years earlier at the Jr. Nationals and, out of the blue, lost a tremendous amount of quad size. (For the small kiddies: Levrone used to be known for his wheels. His quads and hamstrings were some of the very best at the 1992 Mr. Olympia, though to get the kind of hamstring detail he had at that show, his back was flat as a pancake and even his crazy-big arms suffered.)
To me, this was Ronnie's apex: he was huge, cut and could still hold his waist in at that point. He came in a lot heavier in 2003 but that gut ... oy, vey. The added size to his quads, which were getting retarded big, and extra thickness in his delts and back only offset that cartoonish stomach because Cutler et al. sucked HARD in '03.
