DIV, I don't really follow the notion of "leverage". How does increased water retention increase strength?
The water infuses throughout the muscle and connective tissue, thereby providing a buffer that absorbs the extra load on the joints from progressively heavier weights. The more water in the muscle, the more stress it can handle, especially for negatives. I'm speaking from experience, with both D-bol and Deca.....
They cause this. Flat muscles cannot handle as much weight for form, the fluid retention is what changes everything.
