I'm one of the bigger guys here and I haven't done a traditional "arm day" in years. It doesn't warrant it's own day because it doesn't produce a big enough metabolic effect due to the comparably small muscles being worked. A few sets after chest or back is sufficient. Remember, I am one of the bigger guys here. My advices are only for the advanced physique athlete. Normal/average men will not grasp this concept.
