I remember when the Iraq war was just starting and there was report of a bunch of Marines who got thrown out of strip club in Puerto Rico, they went back in, and they got "handled"...very badly.

A friend of mine who's started training recently, asked me the other day "Hey, this CT Fletcher guy on youtube - do you think he is natural as in 'no steroids or anything" I couldn't even think of a suitable response, so I just did the real life version of this smiley

and then said "Do you want an espresso before we train".

yeah, sometimes you are not even sure how to answer people. Many times you want to give the shortest answer to get you out of the conversation. And the truth would take you too long to explain.

I usually smile and walk away when he hear these responses:

"he is church going"
"he swears on his children"
"I have known him all of my life"
"why would he lie, he even took some test"
"he has been training for over 25 years"

They're in MetroFlex Long Beach. The members know it's a video shoot; so they allow Fletcher and Washington ("Da Hulk") to clown in the gym.
