I would like to tone up my body, especially my abs. The problem is , crunches really bore me. I like to bike, climb  stairs, walk, rock climb and swim. All of these are great exercises, but you have to do them regularly to really tone up. Can anyone suggest some fun workouts to tone up your body...everyday exercises that can be incorporated into your everyday life? I am not expecting to be perfect or super toned, but just in shape and some definition.

I would like to have toned abs like this:





I really like stride jumps and jump roping, but i need an actual routine that will get me results and tone me up.

btw, I'm somewhat new to fitness training. I've always moved, but never been involved in an intense training.
