Sounds like you should focus on changing your grip and lighten the weight as well.

Bring the grip in a bit to take it off the shoulders.

focus on legs and back and then after 4 months or so get back at it.

db presses instead of barbell might help abit. and lighter weight. but I would rest.

Bursitis is very painful. I've had it in delts myself.  Takes a long time to heal.  You're addicted to training.  You want to improve so much (which is admirable) that you're damaging yourself.  You should consider a psychiatrist.

my training is restricted as follow, i can only do this:

chest:

some pressing machine, is kinda like decline press.

cable crossover few specific angles.

thats it, the rest is no go anymore.

shoulder presses are out, dont do them nomore.

neither muscle have lost size.

me,ill do operation if it gets any worse, at some point, it simply become very pointless.

however,i know that ill be back to my all time self within 2 months,from whereever i start.

its the biceps tendon.be happy that theres nothing ripped apart and train easy n light.

you have little muscle mass anyway, you are natural and will not gain 1 single ounce of muscle anyway, so just preserve what you got.

and nah dont inject nothing into any vein.

Yep.  Biceps tendon.  Injecting GH won't do a damn thing but aggravate it more. 

Actually, GH isn't going to do anything at all for nerves or pain.  Nubain will, but not GH.

Do not inject the nerve or vein.


If you can hit the AC joint.  You can palpate it, just follow your clavicle outward , rotate you shoulder up and down a bit, you should be able to feel the articulation.  hit that spot.

If it just impingement and bursitis, get the arthroscopic surgery done at some point.  I did it and was back to benching in two months.

This shit always happens to me when I do barbell pressing.

I haven't been doing barbell pressing for a while now, been focusing on dumbbells but cos I don't have a training partner its hard to get the goddamn dumbbells up to the starting position from the floor so decided to go back to barbell and within 2 workouts this shit happens.



You don't know how to kick up the dumbells one at a time with your knees? Not busting your balls, just asking.

My upper body needs most work I ain't stopping upper body, never

I am already training 10-12 rep range most time not really going super heavy 4-6 and still this shit happens!

I used to have shoulder issues but since I learned how to position my shoulder blades during presses they are much better.

Serious answer:

Because of my shoulder injury, (before it was the left mainly, now its the right) both have flared up at different times I have limited range of motion at the bottom in the sense that I can't get the dumbbell of the floor into the starting position (particularly left)

So I have to have someone hand me the dumbbell from the top on the left shoulder, I usually (before now) could just knee up the right one as you say.

Now it doesn't matter if it is 28 kilo dumbbell or 50 kilo dumbbell, still can't do it. Hard to explain.

Once I am in the lock position I am absolutely fine.

Its just very annoying when you don't have training partner so had to go over to flat or incline barbell cos bar already on top position.
