heavy squatting and other lifts..

not sure how much weight he uses on the squat but the bar bends like it's rubber..

he's very allround, strong as hell, well built, great shape, flexible, he's got the whole package. impressive.

yeahhh but just look at em. What surprised me, he's pretty flexible and seems pretty chill, quite unlike his psycho attitude when he's competing.

Not sure where to get it. But I'm disappointed with it. It's only about 28 minutes long, all speech is in polish (at least the copy I watched, no subtitles) he talks a lot, actually there's more talk than footage.
And get this - the training you watch in the trailer (him doing squats etc) is actually ALL there is in the whole video! Not a minute more!

i don't have any, but Gary won WSM in 1993 push pressed 550 behind the neck, Olympic style squatted 750 for 3 rock bottom, curled 300, etc.

I absolutly agree...you forgot to add he was also in the ('84 I believe) Olympics for weightlifting and was a top british amateur bodybuilder. He was just nasty thick too
