Until sunday i eat only protein veggie with lot
Of ephedra to lean out some more, then sunday i'll have around 500gr of carbs cause i have a photoshoot
On monday

Than i'll deplete until the show :)

someone fwd this thread to navy mike and show him what stage ready looks like. (not a slam on him the guy busted his ass to get down in weight from where he was. but this is txt book lean)
