Yes, the cake diet will taste great and you'll look like shit, while my diet is what Adonis uses along with steroids in order to look like a bodybuilder like the rest of us folks.
1. No it won`t.  It was just a small percentage of my calories yesterday.  I could have made it more of course if I wanted, but I only ate 700 calories in Cupcakes yesterday.  Have to have more today!
2. I have never used a steroid you tiny tit.  Thats your protocol because without them, you are nothing.

Not happening guy. For you, dieting might be a chore. For some is about finding a balanced way of living life and eating smart with a purpose.

When you are fucked up inside, you'll go to extremes of course.

Give it a few more weeks.

I do agree. While my inner physicist just wants to break it down to "energy input/output" I do realise that there are significant differences in regards to biochemical/nutritional properties between different diets. Hence, IIFYM vs brodiet on the same caloric intake, will, ceteris paribus lead to different results. Although I'll leave the significance of the difference open, since my knowledge is far too basic in regards to this subject

Here's exactly what I eat ... I started counting calories, grams of fat, carbs and protein.







Solid diet.  No processed foods, plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Nothing wrong with processed foods.  Processed Vegetables for instance, contain higher nutritional content than so called "fresh".

Same opinion in regards to transfats, acrylamides, chloride and other chemical compounds used in processed foods?

I'd say there are good and bad processed foods. Stating that every processed food is bad, or the reverse case, is quite a strong claim.

I started it a month ago
Cool, keep up some progress updates. Starting a similar plan this week but with ECA. Get down to single digits before going on cycle

I always try new things or recycle old ways .. for the moment, I want to find a formula that can be maintained as everyday eating .. when I want to get ripped I do no carbs though

Yep ,looks good Sev, you could eat TAs diet and feel lethargic and tired with the e numbers and shit he consumes and also look like shit in the process if you get fed up with yours.
