I would venture to say that injecting his calves is exactly what has caused the atrophy.......he has hit a nerve causing damage to the entire area
He most certainly injected his calves... over and over and over again... big time.
Like I said in another thread, look at this month's MD mag. You can see the swelling all over his calves. He really did it up for that photo shoot. I can't even imagine the pain and denial he was in.
His skin on his arms and delts looks really, really bad. All lumpy and messed up. Stretch marks, S.E.O.'s, acne... ugh!
