"What type of protein powder should I buy", I don't know, close your eyes and point your finger, it doesn't fucking matter because it's all the same shit. It comes from the same place, it's ALL exactly the same. Not one is better than the other. It's all the same. The only thing I would suggest is if you are going to buy protein powder, because your too lazy to cook food, or maybe you're too busy, too busy is not an excuse. Busy, what do you mean busy (Mutant moron goes off on a a tangent here, playing Anthony Robbins and making you think the reason he looks the way he does is because he is busy, works hard and not because he consumes copious amounts of PED'S and injects synthol into his body) What do you mean busy? You too busy to build the best possible body you could possibly have (like this mutant has the best possible body he could have). to busy to fulfill your dreams, to busy to fulfill your goals. There's no such thing as I am too busy,there is no such thing as I can't. This is what you got to do to fulfill your dreams.
SO what I am trying to say is,
if you are still going to buy protein powder, AT LEAST READ THE LABEL, AT LEAST COMPARE THE LABELS, one will have 11 grams of sugar and 1 will have two grams of sugar (I thought they were all EXACTLY the same) You know what I am saying (NO! What the fuck are you saying), buy the one with 2 grams of sugar, read the label, buy the best product, don't just rely on whatever your mentor or superhero is saying.

So the message is, all protein powders are identical, it wouldn't matter if you chose one while blindfolded, but make sure you read the label to compare them because they are all different.
