In a few years time, it will be 12.6. ;D

This is what he originally said:

No this is what you said

"I was on my heaviest cycle in May,  At 220 plus, I could close grip bench press 365lbs with my hands 4 inches apart. and run the 100 meter in 10.6.  this was not trained for, it was a result of gear use. Certain steroids (Testosterone only I believe)  increases the size of motor neurons which is pretty much the route of explosive power. It also has the ability to change the shape, appearance and even  number of muscle fibers.

For any of you ex rugby/football/ athletes who haven't had their 40 yard dash tested or your vertical jump checked out in 10 years but have taken gear heavily  and continued to weight train using compound movements, I'd check it out. You just might freak yourself out.e]"

U forgetting hitting 400plus ft home runs easily and could have been MLB calibar  ;D

I like u flint and we can def grab a beer but like u quoted groink "nice guy but got his head in the clouds" :D

Sadly enough he said FIVE HUNDRED FOOT plus home runs.

Which is even more unbelievable than the 10.4 claim (if that's even possible).

Which basically means he is the only human ever to pull off that feat besides a young Mickey Mantle and Bo Jackson.

I never attempted a single.  The best I could manage was 315 for 4 reps back when I was in my early 20's.  I was a 180lb natty.

Very heavy/low rep bench pressing does nothing for chest development, but it does put you at high risk for devastating injuries.  6-12 reps is the range I used... it was more than adequate for putting on size.

Hard, balls to wall squat/leg workouts will put more mass on your body than anything else.  All other exercises/workouts are a piece of cake by comparison.

YES

405 for 3 I was 24/25 weight 235lbs at about 10 bfi trained with US Army champ power lifter at Ft. drum for a year and a half.

Also 405 squat and 405 dead lift both for 3......I even did 455 bench assisted for 1 (means with single ply shirt but it wasn't like the ones with arms forward just extremely tight and pulled my chest together)

And I did 275 for 2 Monday, will press 315 for 3 by Xmas with my busted shoulder.....

And now I'm going back to count my huge piles of money.

I can incline 315 for 7 reps. What would this translate to raw bench?

Best guess 355 but some guys use shoulders on incline, I use traps on bench and wide grip index finger on rings shoulders back no arch pre 315 (in the old days) arch as went heavier

So you benched as much as you squatted and deadlifted? That is very peculiar. :D

BECAUSE I TOOK YOU UP ON THE OFFER 3 MONTHS AGO WHERE IF I CRACKED 11 SECONDS IN THE 100 METER AT A BW OF 220  YOU HAD TO DELETE ACCONT AND AGREE TO BAN YOUR IP FOREVER DID I NOT?  All I said was give me some time to start running again and a good 6 mnths to train for it and I would agree to the challenge.
Did i not?
you fuking lying chink
You dont think a 220lb guy running a 10.9 at 220 could run a 10.6 if he dropped 40lbs?  LOL. Like Im gonna lose 40lbs of muscle to prove a point to some fucking gook.
None of you guys have the right to talk shit because I never backed down tot the challenge.
the offer stands any time by the way,  its cold now Ill start training for it in the summer time. October should be good.

you have to agree to it now though, gook. You cant  back down from the challenge, and come back in october and say "flint where is your video?" leaving me unprepared. Thats not fair.
