I hope one day you can reach a point to where you can show up to work wearing whatever you want (to an extent) and just be yourself and still be respected.  :) :)

I am glad to have a job where people care more about my performance than my look.

In all honestly, in the line of work I am in, I will never be able to look like a turd at work.

And I am totally cool with that.

Get dressed up from time to time, and go do something. You will noticeably receive more eye contact, interaction with women, and confidence.

try it and report back.

I remember when I was in the jewelry section of Dillard's when I was a teen.

Looking at all of the Polo, Tommy, Guess, and Nautica watches. I figured I had to have one to compete with the joneses.

I am glad I grew into an adult.

Get dressed up? Why? In my line of work, it makes no sense to get dressed up for work, ever!! The people I work with do not care what type of clothes I wear, as long as I look presentable. I wear jeans and a polo shirt and sneakers  :D :D

People actually think that watches make the man  :-\  What did all the alpha males in history do before the wrist watch?  ::)

Different things in history have shown style and class.

Are you a "alpha" male shizzo?

lol @ you being so broke you nitpick over spending a few hundred dollars more than it's true "worth".

it looks good, I like the style, I think it's worth $700. So I buy it.

When I drop $15k on watch next, I'll actually care about the quality and accuracy of what I'm buying.

lol @ you being both too retarded and too broke to buy a real watch so you have to settle for a $50 Fossil with a sucker(that would be you - retard) price tag of 700 to make you feel like you're a rockstar.

Dipshit.

Who said I dont get dressed up when I go out and do something?

We were specifically talking about work.

I never said what I wore when I went out on the weekends.

The title of alpha male is a bit miscontrued on Getbig. It's not about being a muscular guy with money.

It's about being a man. Soldiers are alpha males. Good fathers are alpha males.

Some hollywood actor/athlete is not an alpha male just because of profession.

I just assumed that due to you being vehemently opposed to looking good at work you might not ever be well dressed.

IWC?  Is that a deal-breaker for a potential date?

Would you date a man who doesn't own a watch?

Right away. It's no deal breaker, nor do I care if he's wearing one or not or what it is. I just tend to look at shoes first, then if the wrist is shining, I happen to glance at what it is. I just appreciate quality. The craftsmanship in an IWC is mind blowing.

You know what they say about "assuming" :)

Its not that I am vehemently opposed to dressing up at work. It has more to do with the clientele I work with. It would not be good to "dress up."

And when I go out, I do dress up nice (depending where I am going, obviously).

haha, yes its about quality.

Like you're anywhere good looking enough to pull a man who can spend $20,000K on a watch anyway. ::) ::)

Dipshit.

I decided to buy a sportscar this winter instead. Nice try though  ;D

But yes, I am too broke for both a Hermes watch and the car in the same year.

FYI, at that price, the watch is essentially the band and the look of the face. Nothing more. Fossil doesn't make that style, thus the origin of manufacture is entirely irrelevant in determining worth.

Lets see your watch and garage. Better have a Mclaren and diamond studded Patek to back up your fucking retarded comments.
