how the hell can they explain a switched off transponder(emits plain coordinates) without terrorism?
planes can go to 1.5km without being spotted by radars.
the thing missing is the motivation to steal a plane... wth

Well, I think that it is possible that the plane was stolen.... and it was chased down by an fighter jet; and it got rockets fired at it.

So it was either: 1) Hijacked and then was shot down, or 2) Hijacked and flown to Middle East

Could you imagine, if that happened and was later found out about?  I think the people would actually revolt over some shit like that, that it would be the last straw.  ME, being the rich asshole I am, would definitely have my scoots on, as some Hebrew would have my head on a pike.

If the plane is in Pakistan... It will be interesting to see what happens.

I'm eager to see how China will retaliate. Because 153 Chinese citizens were murdered; just so middle eastern fanatics could obtain a plane

As somebody already posted; Israel has already amped up their Air Defenses big-time

Thinking of how they are going to lie and say a bunch of floating condoms and bottles are plane wreckage  They just need to be sure as not to hurt the feelings of the families that are no doubt probably on edge.  Have some sort of sympathy.

How many $20 bills you into Big Louie for that avatar?

Well, I think that it's night time over there right now. So you probably won't hear anything for a few hours.

and they still cant find this fucking plane   ::)

https://www.yahoo.com/tech/use-siri-to-see-what-flights-are-above-you-79987786926.html

Siri knows what’s up. Literally.

The sassy Apple personal assistant may have trouble understanding you sometimes, but she still has a couple of cool tricks up her sleeve. Case in point: Ask her, “What flights are above me?” or just say, “Planes overhead.” She’ll bring up a list of all the in-progress flights above your current location.

Let’s try it out, shall we?

First, ask the question. She’ll need to think a bit (and it’s better if she’s connected to WiFi).

image

Then, out of nowhere, she’ll pull up a nice, clean grid of all the flights zooming around thousands of feet above you. It comes complete with the airline, flight number, altitude, and angle.

very unlikely that its aircraft debris:

http://edition.cnn.com/2014/03/20/world/asia/missing-plane-q-and-a/index.html?hpt=hp_c1

Correct.

Would pieces of the plane still be floating?
If the plane crashed into the water, large pieces would not still be floating by now, according to Steve Wallace, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration's former director of accident investigation. But pieces of lightweight debris, not aircraft structure, could be floating days after the aircraft struck the water, he said. That could include life jackets and seat cushions.

HOWEVER,

It means that 50% of the people following the story will catch a glimpse of the news story and forget about it.

Now, the other 50% are just "conspiracy theorists that don't even watch the news" when they bring the story up again.

pretty clever shit lol...

I believe it's in the drink.

Not necessarily this latest scene, but somewhere out there.

One thing's for sure, it's like the fucking twilight zone the way it's gone. No wonder everyone is suspicious. Any explanation why the search wasn't immediately moved to the last ping location (as in last Saturday at the latest)? This is what I don't understand.

So if we can believe the information, the last ping was either somewhere within a certain arc on the southern water, or over central Asia (meaning land, obviously).

It was the last electronic ping, meaning the plane was definitely not below water at that time. That info was announced last Saturday (at that time, ALREADY A FUCKING WEEK since the disappearance). So why the search is only now being moved in response to that, two fucking weeks since this thing happened, I can't imagine.

I'll say, there's plenty to be suspicious about with this story. Plenty.

No doubt about it.

Ok I haven't read up on this yet but what is the problem?

Two weeks now. If they can't find it in two weeks, how will they ever find it? When do they drop the search?

There were two persons onboard that have not been showed to the public.
Plus there was onboard a group of technicians/cientists of new revolutionary energy sources that could jeopardize the oil cartels.

Jack T., I'm not trolling you, but you seem to be almost on the verge of meltdown on this issue.  Do you have family on board or something?
