I boxed a little when I was younger and forgot how fun it was. This bag is addicting. We now have 3 heavy bags, the speed bag and a bunch of gloves and wraps along with our strongman, powerlifting and athletic equipment.

Heavy bag is a great workout. I haven't hit a speed bag in 30 years.

Funk, I had it made for me from a guy in Minnesota, David Horne gave me the guys name... He does a nice job...
