noooo he doesn't. jay's pretty loose with his form.
but, nonetheless, over time you have scar tissue buildup and overuse injuries that occur over time.
mine most likely came from a combo of squatting and deadlifting.. and not to mention doing btn push presses with 275 for high reps where the bar would some times slam down on my traps/neck. I remember one time with just 185 where I though I broke my freakin neck. lol... not smart/ego-lifting on my part.
