I have degenerated c5 and compressed t3 (or t4? I forget.. the t-spine one isn't too bad). the c5 affects my upperback muscles (rhomboids/teres, ect...) which explains the issues I've had with spreading my back and symmetry between the two sides.. upper back used to be great, now I've been having issues the past 4years or so. I thought it was because of adhesions/scar tissue/impingements but found innervation of upper back and upper arms originates at the c5 (actually c4/c5 or c5/c6, I forget) which explains the issues I've been having.

noooo he doesn't. jay's pretty loose with his form.

but, nonetheless, over time you have scar tissue buildup and overuse injuries that occur over time.

mine most likely came from a combo of squatting and deadlifting.. and not to mention doing btn push presses with 275 for high reps where the bar would some times slam down on my traps/neck. I remember one time with just 185 where I though I broke my freakin neck. lol... not smart/ego-lifting on my part.

If I was an aspiring competitor, I'd find the guy with conditioning I'd most like to emulate and hire him (Dorian comes to mind, he also mentored Flex Lewis).

yea, but a lot of the time the guys who were shredded knew how to get themselves shredded and dry, but don't understand the differences in other bodies.

john meadows is about the only guy I'd pay for help.
