I am eating 100g carbs dailyI have had clients constipated from keto.. you are not the only one with this issueI think keto is general.. but there are many ways to diet without carbs .. if done properly is a detox for the body

Boiling vegetables is the least nutritious and most tasteless method of cooking them. Steam them or better yet, roast them.
Can you argue your point? Why is it "more" nutritious to roast or steam considering you basically heat it anyway
When you drain the water in which you boiled the vegetables, you lose water soluble vitamins.
