Looks like you do a ton of flat benches. I'd add incline DB and flat bench presses to develop that upper chest.

thanks. i've neglected inclines and it shows. trying to improve so that i may try a bodybuilding show in the summer. have only done powerlifting.

with your size i find those lifting numbers extremely hard to believe....
much more than me yet i got 50+ pounds on you.....ten-15 of which are fat, but sstill. give me a break..

You claim to be doing twice your body weight on the bench press. Just going off of your chest and arm size I am calling you on that.
Maybe I am wrong and I hope that I am. But from the picture posted I doubt it.

I think he needs more side deltoids, his traps are taking over and probably doing most of the work when he does laterals, which I guess he probably does heavy. Larry Scotts website has some advice on how to build side delts. Don't worry about what Larry says about it being impossible to build good delts once you have big traps, it isn't impossible (but it does take more skill).
