I have very little motivation when it comes to training to be honest.
I just start my workout, and get the sets done. Occasionally I hit a PB on a lift, but not often as I got most of my best lifts early twenties when I was using a lot more and training hard.
I train at 5:30 in the morning, once every couple of weeks i'll do my first set and think fuck this and put a coffee on and throw some darts for half hour before getting ready for work
(have a dart board/oche set up in my summer house/gym).
