Been boxing on and off for 20 years, broken my nose and knuckles around 5 times, now I'm older I calm it down a bit and try to limit it to once a week in the gym ( ring), still do bag work 3 times a week at home (12 rounds on 130 pound bag, 4 rounds on speed bag).Gives me a functional strength (no homo) that goes way beyond lifting weights in the gym.Any other pugilists on Getbig?
