What kind of stuff do you do between meals on an average day?

I got up at 5, cooked and packed the food, ate breakfast plus coffee, at 8 I was in the gym, at 10 I was out of the gym, ate the second meal there, then off to a different club, trained a client, back home, rest and eat, then back to the club, train 4 clients in a row, and at 7PM the working day is done. This is typical for my Monday, Wed, Fri. The meals take me MAYBE 5 minutes to eat each so you dont feel them. I carry food with me wherever I am. I hope this answers your question.
