Maybe I'll eat pop rocks and grape drank for 21 weeks and scratch my nuts for exercise........too many people over reacting ITT. I'll do my best......plain and simple

I would sooner eat the whole egg and reduce cals elsewhere, different approach thats all.

drop the oats and eat the whole egg

there are some good nutrients in yolks

wes is the king of getting peeled though  8)

I do that,BUT,I always do it late in my diet when I`m in good close to stage condition.

Just a mindfuck thing on my part really.

Once I get lean,6 whole eggs over easy is almost orgasmic after 12-16 weeks of dieting.  :D

It`s all done in stages Mac..............the better I look,the more I will allow myself to eat..........such as steak and whole eggs.

Once you get shredded,you can actually cheat a couple of days and still look great,even better at times since you`re lean and it fills you out like a re-feed.

Dieting clean,especially for a contest,is a complete mindfuck.

Some days you think you look great,others you think you look like complete utter shit.

At the point when you can see almost daily changes,it becomes almost surreal and you`ll wonder whether you should eat certain foods or not,even though they are the foods that brought you into your present condition......fucking weird,all second guessing yoursel!

I`m sure you eat good,especially since there is no gluten or dairy.......two things nobody actually needs at all.

It`s all about portion/calorie control bud,and of course expending calories.

Like Tape said,walking is the most natural thing anyone can do to burn cals.

there`s no need to run for days on end unless of course,you`re a runner!

Cardio for me is simply walking at a good pace on an inclined treadmill for 30-45 minutes after I train.

For a contest,depending on how I look,I`ll throw in another 60 minutes on Saturday morning.

I tried doing HIIT cardio on an Eliptical machine one year and lost size on my already pathetic legs! :D

Legs are much better these days though...........they couldn`t get much worse!  ;D

Leanest I've ever been was backpacking through Germany on a shoestring budget and I walked hard all damn day.  I'm sure age is a factor but I've never repeated those leans with the time constraints of a job.

Astute observations. The type of people BB attracts tends to bring rhese 'all or nothing' OCD types, who feel it necessary to go balls out or its not worth doing at all.

which is fine, but not practical for the average guy who just wants to o start eatinf better and losing weight.

Most people who arent acclimated to BB diets or lifestyles would last about 3 seconds on a keto diet/lifting routine. They need to make small lifestyle changes over time to make changes in the long haul, not crash diet for a while until they freak out and quit.

Im 6 feet tall 275 pounds. My pics are around, im not too thin to say the least. An anonymous person ::) has offered me $5000 to go from 275 to 205 in 7 months. This will be paid $1000 for losing the first 23, $1000 for losing the next 23 and $3000 for losing the last 24. Im old, 48, lazy, duh, and on meds that are well known for making losing weight difficult. I cant take any supps due to the meds Im on so this is an all food/exercise mission.  I need gps just to find where the gym was when i last went 2 years ago.

But shit, I'm gonna try my hardest cause a large chunk of what i win is obviously going to the humane society.  So I either put up or shut up.
