I am going to have some muffin tin frittatas and bacon in a little while. 

I like how people think Bacon is high calories when if you ate a whole lb of it, the entire package, its only 560 calories with 40 grams of protein.

most people on here dont believe in adonis [principles--hell him and i have  had the most heated feuds

what people have to realize is i like eating well now--genuinely enjoy clean food. My issues is portion control and adonis is helping me in those areas as well as guidance in others. He doesnt try and make me eat ice cream or coconut pie, he takes the foods i give him and gives me recipe ideas while taking into account what i can and cant eat. People arent seeing how much he is helping off this board cause all they see are the posts on here.

It is questionable....I am 6foot and change and my weight is 209 as of this morning.....picture about a month old I'm at 10 to 12% bf
