keep at it man, the only real way to avoid over eating is a shitload of veggies or lots of extra sleep, neither seem to be a real fun method personaly. id say you look pretty good at your weight man

I just had word from someone who wishes to remain anonymous  he calls himself "Robin Hood" so listen up good!

"Robin Hood" say's:

"If Shizzo's films himself doing 25 pushups (he want's good ones, nose to the floor) for every push up Shizzo does he will donate $10.00 to the Regina Humane Society on your lazy ass behalf.

So 25 pushups from you = $250 for my charity got it!

I will then go to there and take a picture of the donation with the cheque which will say "Thank you Shizzo" like I did before.

This is your chance to do some good and redeem yourself.

Now get your fat ass on the floor and give me 25 or you will upset me.

Don't upset me, you know how much I love animals!
