maybe you train like a wuss so your muscle breakdown is not that great even if you take roids

I train with decent intensity, to be honest.
When I was younger and a delusional natural (most likely your affliction) I would train like a fucking maniac. Now I have the shoulders of an 80 year old and tendinitis in the elbows, but thats life. Playing sports didnt help either.
If I could attain the same development with 45's that I could with 100's on any given exercise, you bet your ass I would be picking up 45's.
